Reusable composite actions for Forgejo Actions workflows.

Every action here is shell-only: none of them needs Node.js. This lets them run inside bare container images such as debian:forky or erlang:28, where JavaScript actions like actions/checkout can't run.

Actions

Action	What it does	Image requirements
checkout	Fetches the repository into the workspace with plain git. A replacement for actions/checkout.	POSIX sh. git gets installed if it's missing.
rebar3-ci	Runs compile, xref, eunit and dialyzer on an Erlang/rebar3 project.	bash and Erlang/OTP; also curl if rebar3 is missing.
lisp-ci	Installs SBCL and/or CCL plus qlot, then runs a Parachute test suite.	apt-based image (Debian/Ubuntu) on x86-64, running as root.
