Choosing Commits, the vendor/ a project with a stiftfile leaves out of
its systems. The API Reference is generated anew.

at a time with their comments, and projects named by host and path;

Follow stift 9caa240: build, install.lisp and Windows
A new page, Building Programs, describes stift build, linked from Home
and the sidebar, with the command and its API. Getting Started installs
with sbcl --script install.lisp; the pages say where the cache is on
Windows, CCL's program name there, and what the library cannot do in
CCL on Windows.
