    stift 0.3.1

    Releases carry stift now: from this version on, each version's tag
    publishes stift-X.Y.Z-linux-x86_64.tar.gz, the executable for Linux on
    x86-64 with its LICENSE and README.org, and its SHA-256 checksum. The
    executable needs glibc 2.38 or later and nothing else. Elsewhere, and
    on Windows, build and install stift from a clone with install.lisp, as
    before.

    Nothing else changed since 0.3.0.
