Targets covers finding a target, :vulkan, the SPIR-V back end, what a
SPIR-V target decides, and defining one. The IR covers modules, the
external form, types, the operations, control flow, globals, the
builder, the verifier and the uniformity analysis. SPIR-V covers
instructions, building a module, requirements, reading and printing,
and the grammar's tables; Grammar and Generator the vendored grammar and
the generator that writes the tables. Development and Testing says what
the suite needs and holds clsl to, and where the source is. The IR and
SPIR-V Reference lists every exported symbol of clsl/ir, clsl/spirv,
clsl/spirv-back-end and clsl/generator.
