643654ee12 Follow cl-xkbcommon e952c04: run on SBCL only 
The requirements name SBCL alone, the platform page describes
cl-xkbcommon/sys as what cl-xkbcommon takes from SBCL, and the test
commands no longer mention CCL.  The allocation claim drops its "on
SBCL".

a8046f8ba3 Follow cl-xkbcommon a25ab9e: stift in place of qlot 
Installing and running the tests use stift: the stiftfile pins the
dependencies, stift get requires the library, and stift test runs the
suite.

081bbea3ba cl-xkbcommon calls C through cl-ffi, not cffi 
Follows cl-xkbcommon b68ec4a: the raw layer's enums and bitfields are
cl-ffi's, and getting started says where cl-ffi comes from.
