f3a19b672f Follow cl-win32 b7330cc: full domain types
The API reference, Concepts and Errors say that each function declaims
the full domain of its arguments: a window, an event or a cursor is never
0, positions are 32-bit coordinates and sizes are not negative, so an
argument outside them is a type-error before Windows is called, as
Errors shows for (show-window 0).

afa2af7ee4 Follow cl-win32 1744278: keyword types and wide strings
The API reference, Errors and the topic pages describe the types the
keywords are, class-style, window-style, extended-window-style,
show-command, dpi-awareness, key-translation, system-cursor-name and
system-metric-name, and that a wrong keyword, or set-window-bounds's and
clip-cursor's arguments given in part, signal a type-error. The raw
layer takes strings as Lisp strings, of cl-ffi's wide-string, and the
list of what allocates nothing gains system-cursor, virtual-key-code and
map-virtual-key.

6b71d2f6d1 Follow cl-win32 9d2ec05: popups, fullscreen, the pointer, input methods, the clipboard
Windows describes owned popups, CHANGE-WINDOW-STYLES, the placement,
the displays' bounds and work areas, and going fullscreen. Keyboard and
Pointer describes system cursors, holding the pointer and raw mouse
motion, and the new Input Methods and the Clipboard page the input
methods through imm32 and the clipboard's text. The API Reference, the
raw layer, errors, thread rules and the tests that touch the session
follow.
