94b7205afd Follow cl-threads 95038a9: joining with SBCL's join-thread
A join waits until the thread has ended, which several threads may wait
for at once, and a thread counts as finished once it has ended. A
thread not made by make-thread cannot be joined because cl-threads has
none of its function's values, not because it cannot tell when it ends.
The old "Errors in threads" section, which "Errors in a thread"
replaced, goes.

69c881b76f Follow cl-threads bf6d6b0: SBCL only
The pages describe SBCL alone: the requirements, the test command, the
processor count by platform, and what cl-threads/sys takes from SBCL.
The comparisons with CCL and its join-process go.

1ecb1492c9 Follow cl-threads 50f196a: INTERRUPT-THREAD, thread bindings, pool streams
Threads and Synchronisation describes MAKE-THREAD's :BINDINGS and
INTERRUPT-THREAD, and a semaphore signalled with a count of 0. Job
Pools says that a sleeping worker keeps nothing its jobs used alive, and
that :BINDINGS can give the workers streams of their own. Thread Rules
and the API Reference follow.
