Follows cl-ft2 8d975ad: the raw layer and its types are cl-ffi's, the
examples use cl-ffi's operators, installation says where cl-ffi comes
from, and a Homebrew FreeType outside the linker's paths is found through
DYLD_FALLBACK_LIBRARY_PATH, as cl-ffi has no list of directories of its
own.
