the notes on CCL's errno, msvcrt, strings and garbage collector, and
runs the suite with plain stift test; Memory, Functions and Callbacks,
Libraries and Saved Images and the rest drop their CCL passages.
Follows cl-ffi 21ebf09: on SBCL for Windows, a variable float among the
first four arguments is passed as its bits in the integer register, so
such calls work instead of being refused.
