d755146264 Follow cl-atlas 9edc33a: atlas-add's image type 
atlas-add declares that its image is a 2D array of octets, so another
image is a type-error there, worded by SBCL.  Errors says so and quotes
the message, and says that the atlas-error for an image that is no 2D
array now comes from the function given to atlas-find-or-add; the
reference says the same of both functions.
